Last Updated: September 20, 2026Welcome to PetPride!These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PetPride mobile application, website, games, features, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account for, or using PetPride, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use PetPride.1. About PetPridePetPride is a pet-centered mobile gaming and entertainment platform. PetPride allows users to upload images of their pets, create pet avatars and profiles, play Match-3 games, earn points that contribute to a pet’s Personality Profile, participate in features such as Cute ComPETition, and access the Pet Store and other features that may be introduced from time to time.PetPride may also display advertisements and offer virtual or physical products, promotional content, and other services.2. Eligibility and AccountsYou must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining a PetPride account.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact PetPride promptly.If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction to consent to these Terms on your own, you may use PetPride only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.Parents and legal guardians who permit a minor to use PetPride are responsible for supervising that minor’s use of the Services to the extent permitted by applicable law.3. Pet Profiles and Uploaded ContentPetPride may allow you to upload photographs, pet names, profile information, captions, and other materials (“User Content”).You retain ownership of User Content that you own.By uploading or submitting User Content to PetPride, you grant PetPride a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify, format, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, promote, improve, and maintain the Services.This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to PetPride.You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use it through PetPride.You may not upload content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.4. User-Generated Content and Community StandardsPetPride is intended to provide a positive, safe, and pet-friendly community.You may not upload, submit, display, transmit, or otherwise make available content that:

Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity, animal cruelty, or abuse;
Exploits or endangers children or other vulnerable individuals;
Violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights;
Contains malware, malicious code, scams, spam, or fraudulent material;
Impersonates another person or falsely represents an affiliation;
Attempts to manipulate PetPride competitions, voting, rankings, rewards, or game systems;
Contains images or information that you do not have permission to share; or
Otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.

PetPride reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, reject, hide, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or that PetPride reasonably determines may be harmful to users, the PetPride community, or the Services.Users may be provided with tools to report inappropriate content or behavior. PetPride may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending or terminating accounts.5. Cute ComPETitionPetPride may allow users to enter their pets into community competitions, voting activities, rankings, or similar experiences, including “Cute ComPETition.”Participation does not guarantee that your pet will win, receive votes, achieve a particular ranking, or receive any reward.Users may not use bots, automated systems, multiple fraudulent accounts, vote manipulation, payment schemes, or other methods intended to artificially influence competition results.PetPride reserves the right to remove entries, invalidate votes, adjust results affected by fraud or technical errors, or disqualify users who manipulate or attempt to manipulate a competition.Specific contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or prize-based competitions may be governed by additional Official Rules presented separately. Those rules will apply in addition to these Terms.6. Personality Profiles, Points, and Virtual ItemsPetPride may allow users to earn points, personality attributes, achievements, virtual items, or other digital features through gameplay and participation.Unless PetPride expressly states otherwise, these items:

Have no real-world monetary value;
Cannot be exchanged for cash;
Do not constitute currency or property;
May not be transferred or sold outside of mechanisms expressly authorized by PetPride; and
May be modified, adjusted, discontinued, or removed as the Services evolve, subject to applicable law.

PetPride may take reasonable steps to correct points, rewards, rankings, or other account information affected by bugs, fraud, unauthorized activity, or technical errors.7. Pet Store and PurchasesPetPride may provide access to a Pet Store offering virtual items, digital content, merchandise, pet-related products, or other goods and services.Prices, product availability, shipping terms, taxes, and other conditions may vary.Digital purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the applicable platform’s payment terms and policies.Except where otherwise required by law or applicable platform rules, purchases may be final and non-refundable once delivered or consumed.Physical products may be subject to separate shipping, return, exchange, and refund policies presented at the time of purchase.8. AdvertisementsPetPride may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.Advertising providers may use device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, app activity, and other information to deliver, measure, secure, or personalize advertising where permitted.The collection and use of information associated with advertising is described in the PetPride Privacy Policy and may also be governed by the privacy policies and terms of the applicable advertising providers.Where required by applicable law, users will be provided with appropriate privacy choices or consent mechanisms.PetPride does not necessarily endorse products or services advertised by third parties and is not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, or advertisements.9. PrivacyYour privacy is important to us.PetPride’s collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is governed by the PetPride Privacy Policy.By using PetPride, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.10. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:

Use PetPride for unlawful purposes;
Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm other users;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or systems;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful software;
Use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, cheats, or unauthorized software to manipulate gameplay;
Circumvent security, moderation, advertising, payment, or access-control systems;
Scrape or systematically collect information from PetPride without authorization;
Manipulate competitions, rankings, votes, rewards, or Personality Profile results;
Sell, rent, transfer, or commercially exploit an account without authorization; or
Interfere with another person’s use of PetPride.

11. Intellectual PropertyExcept for User Content and third-party materials, PetPride and its associated software, graphics, designs, logos, characters, game mechanics, interfaces, text, trademarks, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to PetPride and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.These Terms provide you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use PetPride for its intended purposes.Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of PetPride intellectual property to you.12. Third-Party ServicesPetPride may interact with third-party services, including app stores, advertising networks, payment processors, analytics providers, social platforms, and external websites.Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.PetPride is not responsible for the availability, content, security, products, or practices of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.13. Updates and Changes to PetPrideWe may periodically update, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features of PetPride.Updates may be necessary to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.We cannot guarantee that every feature will always remain available.14. Account Suspension and TerminationPetPride may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, investigate fraud or abuse, or address violations of our community standards.Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, PetPride may remove associated content or restrict participation in competitions or other features.Users may stop using PetPride at any time and may request account deletion through the methods made available by PetPride.15. Copyright ComplaintsPetPride respects intellectual property rights.If you believe content available through PetPride infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the material, explain your rights, and allow us to investigate the claim.16. Service AvailabilityPetPride is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.We work to maintain reliable Services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.PetPride may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, technical problems, network interruptions, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.17. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PETPRIDE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.18. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PETPRIDE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.19. IndemnificationTo the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetPride and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of PetPride, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your infringement of another person’s rights.20. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to PetPride, applicable laws, platform requirements, or our business practices.When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method.The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms identifies when they were most recently revised.Your continued use of PetPride following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.21. Governing LawThese Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.Any dispute relating to these Terms or PetPride will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution provisions presented to you.22. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.23. Entire AgreementThese Terms, together with the PetPride Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies applicable to particular PetPride features, constitute the agreement between you and PetPride regarding your use of the Services.24.
