PetPride may also configure AdMob to limit personalized advertising or apply age-appropriate advertising restrictions when required by applicable law or Google Play policies.

Pet Photos and User-Uploaded ContentPetPride allows users to upload photographs or images of their pets (“Pet Content”) for use within the App.By uploading Pet Content to PetPride, you represent and warrant that you own the photograph or image or otherwise have all necessary rights and permissions to upload it and authorize its use by PetPride. You must not upload photographs, images, or other content that you do not have the legal right to use.
You retain any ownership rights you may have in your original Pet Content. However, by uploading Pet Content to PetPride, you grant PetPride and its operators a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, and perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise use that Pet Content in connection with PetPride and its related services.
This license includes the right to use uploaded Pet Content within the PetPride game and in connection with the operation, development, improvement, promotion, advertising, and marketing of PetPride. This may include displaying Pet Content to other users, incorporating it into game features or promotional materials, and adapting or resizing images as necessary for technical or creative purposes.
PetPride will not claim ownership of intellectual property rights in an uploaded photograph that legally belong to another person merely because the photograph was uploaded to the App.
Users should not upload photographs containing people, personally identifying information, confidential information, or content belonging to another person unless they have all necessary permissions to do so.
