Last Updated: September 20, 2026Welcome to PetPride!PetPride is a fun, positive community where players can celebrate their pets, play games, build their pet’s Personality Profile, and participate in Cute ComPETitions with other pet lovers.We want PetPride to remain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone. By using PetPride, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.1. Be Kind and RespectfulPetPride is meant to celebrate pets and the people who love them. Treat other users with kindness and respect.Do not engage in:

Bullying, harassment, or intimidation.
Threatening or abusive behavior.
Hate speech or discriminatory content.
Personal attacks or intentionally offensive behavior.
Repeatedly targeting another user or their pet in a negative manner.

Friendly competition is encouraged. Harassment is not.2. Keep Cute ComPETition FriendlyPetPride allows users to participate in Cute ComPETitions and interact with other users' pet profiles.Competition should always remain friendly and fun. Do not attempt to manipulate competitions, rankings, votes, scores, or other PetPride systems.This includes using bots, scripts, multiple accounts, automated tools, exploits, or other methods intended to create an unfair advantage.Celebrate your pet—and respect everyone else's.3. Only Upload Appropriate Pet ImagesPetPride allows users to upload pet images that may be used to create or personalize their pet's avatar and profile.You should only upload images that you own or have permission to use.Uploaded images must not contain:

Nudity or sexually explicit material.
Graphic violence or animal abuse.
Hateful, threatening, or discriminatory imagery.
Illegal content.
Images intended to harass or embarrass another person.
Copyrighted images that you do not have permission to use.
Content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

PetPride may remove images or other content that violate these rules.4. Protect Your Privacy and the Privacy of OthersDo not use PetPride to publicly share sensitive personal information about yourself or another person.This includes information such as passwords, financial information, private account credentials, government identification numbers, or another person's private contact information.When uploading pet photos, consider whether the image contains personal information in the background that you do not want other users to see.5. Use an Appropriate Username and Pet ProfileUsernames, pet names, profile information, and other user-generated content should be appropriate for the PetPride community.Do not use names or profile content that contain offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or harassing language or that impersonate another person or organization.6. Play FairDo not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with PetPride's operation, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.Prohibited activity includes:

Using unauthorized software, bots, scripts, or automation.
Exploiting bugs or glitches for an unfair advantage.
Artificially manipulating points, rewards, competitions, or rankings.
Attempting to access another user's account.
Interfering with PetPride servers, security systems, or other technical infrastructure.
Attempting to bypass restrictions or security measures.

If you discover a bug or vulnerability, please report it to PetPride rather than exploiting it.7. Do Not Impersonate OthersDo not pretend to be another person, PetPride staff member, company, organization, or public figure.Accounts or profiles created for deceptive impersonation may be removed or restricted.8. Keep PetPride SafeDo not use PetPride to promote, facilitate, or participate in illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, or harmful activity.Content depicting or encouraging animal cruelty or abuse is not permitted.If we become aware of content that appears to show an animal in immediate danger, PetPride may take appropriate action consistent with applicable law and our policies.9. Respect PetPride and Other People's Intellectual PropertyDo not upload or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.PetPride's name, logos, game elements, artwork, designs, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited except as permitted by PetPride or applicable law.10. Reporting Inappropriate Content or BehaviorIf you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this Code of Conduct, please use any available in-app reporting tools or contact PetPride through the contact information provided on our website.Please do not retaliate against other users or attempt to resolve serious violations through harassment.11. EnforcementPetPride may review reported or detected violations of this Code of Conduct.Depending on the circumstances, PetPride may take actions including:

Removing or restricting content.
Removing a pet from a competition.
Invalidating improperly obtained points, votes, rewards, or rankings.
Issuing warnings.
Temporarily restricting account features.
Suspending an account.
Permanently terminating an account when appropriate.

The action taken may depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and circumstances of the violation.12. Changes to This Code of ConductPetPride may update this Code of Conduct as the app, its features, or applicable requirements change.When appropriate, we may notify users of significant changes through the app, our website, or other available communication methods.Continued use of PetPride after an updated Code of Conduct becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated rules to the extent permitted by applicable law.13. Our Community GoalPetPride exists to celebrate what makes every pet special.Whether you're playing Match-3 games, earning points toward your pet's Personality Profile, entering a Cute ComPETition, or exploring the Pet Store, we want the experience to remain fun, friendly, fair, and welcoming.Play fair.
